  Looks like our Open House Volunteer training date is set for May 7th 
@11am-12am. It's important that you are there to get your parking pass 
and T-shirt that will identify you as a volunteer. Please mark your

FEL and Hall Coordinators-


     We are getting down to the wire with the details for the OH, Yeah, 
I am starting to get excited and nervous all at the same time. I hope 
you are too.
   Below is the location, date, and time _for you to inform those 
volunteering in your areas _to attend the required briefing.  Each 
volunteer will leave with a packet that contains  important information 
plus the nice t-shirt.     If schedules just can't be re-arrange to 
attend please have them attend on May 10th.

For all the HALLS (A,B,C&D)  and FEL       May 7, @ 11am- 12pm  In CEBAF 
Center's Auditorium

MAKE -UP session-  MAY 10th @ 9am-10am  In CEBAF Center's Auditorium

I have added only the May 7 briefing to each coordinators calendar.
