Hi Elliott,
Indeed Hovanes discussed this with me and I recall he mentioned the
purchase of these scopes at the Hall D meeting. I am also of the opinion
that there is no benefit in emailing everyone about purchases of this
nature. This is not a matter of openness, in my opinion, just a matter
of effectiveness.
