Announcements, Eugene

      * performance appraisals need to be filled by this week
      * some money left in budget, some raises were given
      * at end of year only 240 hours ovf vacation can be carried over
      * foreign visitors: no word on resolution
           + Rolf: no one turned away
      * project: overspent by 500 k$ last month, this month about 400 k$
           + also slipped in schedule by 5-600 k$, some deliveries late,
             TOF PMT
           + online: manpower requires ten more people in the next quarter
           + this month ETC change request: changes dates, affects when
             money flows

Construction and Installation, Tim

      * late Fri. got cryo distribution can delivered
           + preparing for installation
           + pulling cables
           + some mods to can, cut-outs on external sections for cable
             routing
      * started double shifts, will go for two months
      * committee organized by Joe[?] will be put together
      * two leaks found
           + one helium leak, small, fixed
           + one nitrogen leak, small enough to go on with other work

TDR, Elton

      * electronics, reconstruction, infrastructure: no one responsible for
        these areas
