=Eugene=

* We are about 10% behind schedule since the re-baseline in September.
** All money will be gone by October
** Helped by early procurement of computers
** FCAL and tagger magnet officially complete, budget codes ca not
longer be used
** mostly installation activities remaining
* budget only good through Jan. 15
** hope that a budget is forthcoming
* restructuring: no new news
* tagger magnet: on Fri. an issue with control of the power supply
** have not started measurements yet

=Fernando=

* pair spectrometer: both arms tested by Ivan
** resolution looks good
** publication coming out of this work
* power in Hall
** checked for upstream platform and racks close to wall (CDC and FDC)
** north and south platforms are next, south ready to go , but power not
on yet
** other racks after that, under platform...
* All BCAL hardware installed
* CDC: LV and HV cabling complete
** gas flowing
** test done this morning, noise, signals look good
*** 2.5 mV rms at output of pre-amp
*** at 2000 V, over 500 mV signals
*** 2100 V is the target
** performing survey of temperature on pre-amp cards
*** will be used to plan cooling configuration in Hall
** ready for tests with FADCs
** then move to Hall, should then be done in a week or two
* cell phone repeaters in Hall
** peaks at 900 MHz and 1.8 GHz observed in Hall
** wireless access point also installed in Hall, but should be at 2.4 GHz
** Elliott will look into the situation

=Beni=

* setting up gas system to run over the break
** Lubomir will check the system from time to time

=Dmitry=

* working on the trigger database framework
* making preparations for new release of CCDB, version 0.09

=David=

* working on the data format specification for the Flash 125
** Cody will start by implementing the Flash 250 format
** New specification is for version 2
** Naomi working on the algorithm for extracting times
** Hai will work on the F-250, will help Cody with the F-125
** pedestal value will take a third word initially
* JANA 0.7.0 preliminary tag exists
** changes may have implication for farm failures
* user references:
** support mcsmear with different random number generators for each thread
* ODC-2014
** working on the document
** schedule in May during check-out activities
** Sascha: needs to be coordinated with the trigger
* set-up facility for gluon cluster
** change local versions of various packages
** Elliott: ROC development environment is an example of alternate set-up
** Sascha: need to get support from DAQ guys for software packages and
libraries

=Sergey=

* working on configuration files for boards
** want them to be general and understandable
** working on CAEN 1290 TDC
** F-250 and VME discriminator already done
* keeping inventory database up-to-date
** will put in network devices from Bryan Hess

=Hovanes=

* LV and HV implementation for the FDC
** HV works in general, a few items left
*** ramping issues
*** requests from Lubomir
** exploring having faster control for voltages, especially ramp-down
*** communications the limiting factor at present
*** a meeting will be called
* motors
** Vanik implementing tagger microscope support structure control
** addition of encoders induce vibrations

=Sascha=

* CDP got new firmware, checking with SSP
* working on FCAL crates, read them all out
** issues with data consistency, some bank lengths wrong
** also sync issues, usually with the TS crate

=Ivan=

* pair spectrometer, 2 arms tested
** similar results, gain variation less than 2%
** all channels working
** stacked all scintillator tiles together
* aluminum mounting plate and fibers next
*** procedure for Anatoly to do this written
* making dark box for use in January
** then assemble the whole detector

=Mark D.=

* working on conference proceedings
* ODC
** timestamp problem between TI master and slaves
*** perhaps due to algorithm for accounting for length of fibers
* new CODA release: some discussion on how his will be done

=Elliott=

* ODC milestones achieved
** CODA source release
** Farm Manager test
** read-out list using MC data (Mark D.)
* mods to BMS: read-out lists, ROCs
* network switches all in but one, that one by end of week
** powering them up
** Brent prepping them
* fiber contract drawings reviewed
** Jason from FM running it
* terminal servers: all but one in
** not all parts for cables on hand
* Becky: TLD rack in Counting House will be there in January
* database meeting with Computer Center, implementation will be done
this week
* /gluex/cool code management an issue
* controls:
** solenoid cool-down planning will start with meetings in January
** Eugene: may go to nitrogen temperature in May
*** need implementation of remote control features
* Hovanes: what is needed for PXI system
** Yi: how archiving goes needs to be discussed

=Mark=

* Offline
** changes to decay chain reporting checked-in
** single-track reconstruction, multi-day issue solved
** started adding new calibration constants, from program organized by Sean
** Johann Goetz working in a scheme to plot calibration constants as
function of run number
