[Halld-jlab] [GlueX] Summer Students

Hi all,

We have made good progress and I have attached the xlsx file with the 
latest info for you to review. Please note that the cells in orange are 
still incomplete and the JLab supervisor column will be finalized early 
next week. To reserve office space, follow the link under 
https://halldweb1.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/Summer_2013_Manpower_Contributions.

I already forwarded this information to HR, educational services and 
Div. Adm. (Rachel Harris). As I mentioned in a previous email (also on 
the wiki), all the students and their JLab supervisors will have to 
attend new orientation classes and these are presently being scheduled.
