[Halld-jlab] DNP Tour of Hall-D Oct. 24th

Dear Hall-D Folks,

    A tour of Jefferson Lab including a stop at Hall-D is being planned 
for the DNP meeting on the evening of October 24th. We are being asked 
to provide 5 people to serve as escorts as well as physicists to be in 
Hall-D to describe the equipment. They expect there will be 6 buses of 
people leaving the Marriott starting at about 5:45pm and hitting the 
last tour stop at about 7:15pm.

  If you are willing to volunteer, then please let me know. If I don't 
get enough volunteers, then I will have to recruit "volunteers". Also, 
if you will be willing to help escort tour groups (which I believe means 
ride on the bus and stick with them through the tour) then please 
indicate that as well. On-site Users may volunteer.
