=Announcements, Eugene=

* Budget: FY14 fixed, FY15 submitted, FY16 and beyond under discussion
* Beam delivery in April: operations saying no, project saying yes

=Safety, Patrizia=

* recent incident where material in RadCon area moved without
authorization, in the Physics Storage Building
** additional administrative controls may be coming

=FDC, Lubomir=

* first quadrant completely cabled, working on the second
* one card on third package, problem with conductive tape continuity to
cathode
** reduced to one channel now
* several pre-amps showing long tails in pulses, waiting for better
grounding scheme
* HV operation:
** using 90/10 now, less stable than nominal 40/60
** one unstable section, others have occasional trips
** lower flow rate increases the trip rate
** new gas flowing now
* Beni: using random trigger to test at end of last week, see signals,
should be done middle of March
* Fernando: new firmware can be loaded via VME

=CDC, Beni=

* plan to set-up cosmic trigger, try to get ready for students, a
starting point for them

=BCal, Elton=

* most of hardware installation done
* N<sub>2</sub> system purging
* cooling not connected yet
* introducing: Orlando Soto from Santa Maria, working on slow control of
bias voltages with Hovanes

=FCal, John=

* reprogramming bases to be done
* should have HV by end of this week
* DAQ is ready
** take data tomorrow with TI pulser
** can now take data and see them in DAQ
* LED test next: plugged in and installed, tests PMTs
* after that: self-triggering from glass
* Sascha has 2 CTP's w/ latest firmware, Ben will check flash CTP-SSP
interface

=Tagger Hall, Eugene=

* magnet mapping going smoothly
* 1/4 done, there are four positions
* installing photon beam pipe at exit of magnet
* rack decision yet to be made

= Electronics, Fernando=

* cabling
** Chris, Nick, and 2 from the FEL on the job
** ready for CDC by mid-March
** pair spectrometer almost complete, waiting for box where electronics
mounted
* flash 125
** a bottleneck, problem with manufacturer QA
** need another run, 10 missing, may go to different company
** Cody almost finished with programming for VME-based download
* Alam left today, he finished pulser project
* power
** under platform, level 1 will be done in a month
** then on to trigger crates (fiber is ready)
* network switches all in

=Online Data Challenge, David=

* target date is May 1
* take simulation data and feed it to the ROCs
* explore recommendation from review for event tagging
* Sascha: trigger calibration will be done by Fall

=Calibration, Simon=

* CDC will be calibrated with BCal trigger
* FDC alignment feasibility study underway
* John: for FCAL cosmics not critical

=Solenoid Controls, Elliott=

* Effort is ramping up in preparation for going cold in the Spring

=RF Timing Signal, Elton=

* Alam has been working on board to pre-scale the RF accelerator signal
* cable will come from the accelerator and to got the tagger hall and Hall D
* 10 outputs for each signal
* 500 MHz or 250 MHz, either will work
* boards will be made here
