=Long Range Plan, Patrizia=

* nuclear structure and astrophysics had town meeting in August
** recommended operation of existing facilities, JLab12, FRIB
* our town meeting this weekend at Temple
* fundamental symmetries will be in Chicago
* first LRP meeting in November

=Schedule, Eugene=

* may start to tagger hall as early as 9/22
** hall will have to be closed
* 9/29-10/3 official photon beam tuning time
** have to build one shielding wall in tagger hall; no time to make 
labyrinth and take it out for installation of tagger components

=Project, Eugene=

* 2 weeks to end of project
* 600 k$ in obligated and pending
** about 100 k$ in F125s
** radiation monitors for tagger hall 20 k$
** Hall probe for pair spectrometer magnet, due to solenoid, 10 k$
* will need change request for some items

=Work in Hall, Eugene=

If you have any work that needs to be done in the Hall contact Tom 
Carstens, the work coordinator so he can identify conflicts and 
coordinate work.

=More on Schedule, Eugene=

* 10/4-10/7: take data
* after that take break, install tagger equipment, 10/7-10/14 
accelerator commissions separator
* take data as much as possible after that during October
* after that: we might get beam nights and weekends through Nov.
* Hall D has priority until end of Oct.
* in December, Halls A and B may want beam

=Checklists, Elton=

* must be done before we run
* some systems still need checklists
* some systems need update, details

=Safety Training, Elton=

* Many took SAF113 last week
* another session Tue.
* perhaps another on Thu

=Other Run-Related Items, Elton=

* subsystem on-call cell phones are here
* phone numbers are on ops wiki
* pictures related to safety systems in Hall are available

=Shift Scheduling, All=

* Much discussion
* Mark will draft a schedule on Tuesday
