Announcements, Eugene

  * safety: sweep procedure, when you hear announcement, leave Hall
    immediately
  * schedule: looked at [??? accelerator schedule] on Hall D page
      o FY15
          + spring run starts Feb. 27, ACC priority
          + Apr. 2: experimental priority
          + end May 4
      o FY16, 16 weeks of beam
          + start Nov. 2, ACC priority
              # perhaps 25% for ENP
              # through Dec. 21
              # physics commissioning should start
          + next: Feb. 4, ENP commissioning
              # through Mar. 30, but perhaps two more weeks
          + no Hall B, no Hall C
  * budget
      o capital expense by definition > 500 k$
          + DIRC: fy16-18
          + forward cal upgrade fy17-18
          + online farm from operations


Running, Alexandre

  * went to first 8am meeting, mostly ACC prep
      o beam restoration Feb. 13
      o one week to re-establish beam, nothing to Hall D
      o after Feb. 27 be ready to close Hall


Engineering, Tim

  * radiation shielding in tagger hall changed
  * beamline mods in tagger hall
  * preparations for BPM: waiting on stage
  * foil holders for goni test made
  * will re-check pair spect. soon
  * need to change solenoid flow meters for vapor cooled leads
  * cryo
      o liquid level sensor replacement
      o compressor work on refrigerator
  * FDC chiller coming back end of Feb.
      o no charge!


CDC, Beni

  * ran cosmics with BCAL trigger over weekend
  * DAQ has a lot of noise
  * Fernando will start looking for source tomorrow
  * air cooling flow stopped


FDC, Lubomir

  * gas studies in EEL:
      o flushed spare package
      o using source for measurements
      o will do same in Hall
  * CO_2 sensor returns from repair shop tomorrow


FADC-125, Beni

  * read-out mode 8: if occupancy low, no failure at 15 kHz
  * failure in multi-block mode


Calorimeters, Elton

  * BCAL voltages have been on
  * BCAL humidity fixed
      o nitrogen feed on top
      o output flow on bottom to outside
      o worst point: 5% humidity
  * FCAL
      o noise work on-going
      o about 50 channels with problems


Start Counter, Target, Tim

  * start counter will be mounted tomorrow
  * target testing complete


DAQ, Sergey F.

  * subsystems being tested, one by one


Software Review, David

  * starts tomorrow


Slow Controls, Hovanes

  * talking to Ken, will start on goni this eek
      o need a software layer
  * will install cameras on goni
  * TAC controls installed, reproducibility an issue
  * Paul working on scalar read-out
