[Halld-jlab] shift assignments Spring 1015

JLab People,

I've done an initial set of shift assignments. You should have received 
email with your assignments.

Assignments were done randomly, as we did last time. Everyone got shifts 
except for Alexandre (Run Coordinator) and Simon (he was lucky). I did 
not account for David L. taking over as RC, but by chance he got a short 
(two-day) assignment.

Ilya Larin and Carlos Salgado had claimed/traded for some shifts in 
advance of these assignments and those assignments were honored. That 
makes some of your assignments irregular (i. e., not four consecutive 
days). Also there are two-day shift blocks at the beginning and end of 
the run period.

I wanted to do this early since trade requests from other institutions 
are starting to come in already.

Please let me know if you see mistakes.

P. S. As I mentioned in the Fall, if there are fundamental objections to 
this method, we can wipe the slate clean and start over. There were no 
such objections last time, another reason I went ahead and made the 
assignments.
