    Announcements

Eugene reported on items from the Senior Staff meeting.

  * no news on budget until mid-May
  * Lab website will be redesigned
  * LDRD proposals are in. David has submitted on JANA use for projects
    outside Hall D
  * ACC is doing tests on running CEBAF at 4 K
  * Next NSAC meeting coming on June 2
      o Curtis will supply Bob McKeown with info from GlueX
  * NAS is reviewing EIC project

Tim gave a summary.

  * CO_2 regulator changed out; auto-switching not tested yet
  * goni
      o pitch repaired
      o ordering spare electronic parts
  * preparing for DIRC
      o getting ready for water system
      o work started on nitrogen system
  * work on solenoid vapor cooled leads
  * CompCal design work
  * TAC design work
  * general maintenance of Hall systems
  * solenoid PS spare board not working


    Data Production

Alex A. and Paul reported

  * Mike Staib submitted his tracking alignment changes
      o new alignment tests to be done on Golden Runs of 2016
  * Something happened to the code, jobs are crashing at tens of percent
    level
  * After resolution, two monitoring launches will be needed for
    calibration procedures
  * Sean has re-done timing with new start counter offsets
  * BCAL timing: Mark D.
      o 4 ns shifts taken care of
      o preliminary version of calibrations done


    Proposals for PAC

Eugene summarized status

  * K_L : due in this evening
  * Nuclear targets (Sascha): tonight or tomorrow
  * JEF: Simon and Liping will submit tonight
  * Color transparency: Or Hen and Maria Patsyuk will submit by end of
    this week (Sascha)
