[Halld-jlab] Powering off electronics

Hi all,

We will be shutting off the electronics (crates, chassis, LV, HV) on 
Friday 5/26/2017, as I mentioned at the collaboration meeting. This will 
allow the electronics to be off for the next three months while also 
saving quite a bit of energy. Please let me know if you have any special 
requests or concerns or feedback.
