    Announcements

  * Eugene and Patrizia: no change in accelerator schedule.
  * Eugene: solenoid at 1345 A
      o Fri. magnet tripped at 140 A.
      o coil 2 had voltage spike, opposite in sign from direction of ramp
      o spikes seen before had same sign
      o during dump, large spike seen, 10 V for milliseconds
  * Eugene: box for DIRC transport left IU today bound for SLAC
      o bar box will be picked up and driven to JLab


    Run Preparations

  * Mark: target and start counter inserted into bore
      o discriminator scalars working for all channels
  * Tim: Items from the Hall
      o muon detector frame pieces cut
      o DIRC work suspended due to magnet testing
          + lifting fixture design on to analysis and then review
      o HCO starting for all systems
      o Rapid access hardware and cabling in place
          + system could come live next week
  * Sascha: problem in TDC crate for tagger, muon crate not powered yet
  * Lubomir: LV module for FDC having problem
  * Hovanes: negative HV channel disrupting EPICS with nonsense
    messages, could be entire crate
  * David: raid disk chassis arrived without second pot to connect to 2
    servers (for backup)
      o New chassis has arrived, Paul Letta swapping to it now
  * Sergey: of the 4 nodes used as Data Concentrators, only two are
    fully functional.
      o we may purchase a backup or two


    Data Analysis

  * Alex: analysis launch in progress, going slowly, on 2017
    low-intensity data
  * Elton: problem in BCAL matching to charged tracks
      o only known change: new material map for BCAL in CCDB
      o Simon has studied this, does not see an effect
  * Paul: plan to start reconstruction of all Spring 2017 data by Fri.
      o need final check on FCAL calibrations
      o need to deal with BCAL matching issue


    Visitor

Eugene: Wed. we will get a visit from the nominee for under secretary 
for science


    DNP

David: mini-symposium went well, many well-presented talks, significant 
audience
