+ all four bar boxes are installed on the frame
+ DIRC testing at high intensity for some days (2.5 × Fall
2018 intensity)
+ Target will stay in for DIRC commissioning
o Richard Jones and Jim McIntyre here from UConn to install new
microscope fibers
o will test magnet in two weeks
+ cryostat will have 1.5 cubic meters more helium than in
years past!
Elton
* Time desired for CPP tests
o David has a plan, Tim has been consulted
1. passive shielding in front of TOF, lead
2. high-Z target
3. trigger studies
o during DIRC commissioning, magnet will be on, cannot use crane
to install shielding
* calorimeter efficiency
o Chinese collaborators have new method looking at angle in COM
frame for π^0 decays
Alexandre
* will start bi-weekly run coordination meetings
Sascha
* CompCal
o successful beam test completed
o measured rates/cell, trigger rate
o operated at low PMT voltage, gain of base-resident amplifier
higher than preference
* PrimEx run: target sequence needs decision soon
o most likely: Be first, then L^4 He
* DIRC
o two SSP's installed today
+ a lot of parameters
o crate can be read out, some residual problems

Hovanes
* DIRC controls
o working on controls for optical box (interlocks, temperatures)
o bar box controls already running
o voltage controls ready, not hooked to supplies yet
o DIRC PMT boards have temp. readout; specs not clear
o DIRC scalers need read-out as well
Alex A.
* Spring 2018 reconstructed started
o 35 runs spread throughout run, 5% of data, done
o there are still minor timing issues in FCAL, have to be checked
channel-by-channel, run-by-run
o will look into whether gain constants for inner FCAL blocks are
included in current constants
