     From the Managers' Meeting, Eugene

  * Full list of shift takers was requested. List from Beni has been
    transmitted
  * Patrizia: an addendum to the already-existing run documents will be
    issued dealing with COVID-19 and running under Medcon-5
  * Visa status: problems with H1B visas if holder is not already in the
    US. J1 visa and Green Card holders seem not to have problems
  * Open House is delayed until Spring 2021
  * EIC: directors council has met, JLab role has been formalized


    Assigning Tasks formerly performed by David Lawrence, Elton

  * Eugene: David looking into assessing our spare situation
  * Sergey: Discussions have been had. If questions come up see him.
    Some tasks at the boundary between online and offline may need
    assignment (e.g., monitoring).


    Engineering, Tim

  * CPP making headway
      o will meet Thursday
      o off-the-shelf items to be bought soon
      o Eugene: can spend $150k for metal for platform
  * HCO starts this week
      o probably ramp up solenoid at end of the week
  * Parts for FCAL2
      o mu-metal shields were out-of-spec, sent back
      o light guide contract awarded to local vendor, diamond cut and
        hand-polish, present for inspection


    Electronics, Fernando

  * order for FCAL2 HV should get placed this week
  * no word from Vladimir Popov on HV dividers

  * S&T review this week
  * EIC (virtual) meeting next week
  * PAC review work in progress
