    Announcements, Eugene

  * Rolf Ent stepping down as AD
  * New run schedule about to be announced:
      o start Aug. 23, '21, run until Dec. 20
      o next run starts Feb. 23 '22, run for 14 weeks
      o schedule has implications for CPP installation
          + period after '21 run too short for complete install
  * Matt Shepherd has asked about how we will run shifts
      o Will likely go back to the one-person, six-hour shifts
      o Hovanes: need method for training new collaborators to take
        one-person shifts if that becomes the norm
      o Mark I: collaboration board needs ideas on how to compensate
        local collaborators for taking all of the shifts


    Work in the Hall, Tim

  * main item: mirrors, get 'em going
      o tests ongoing
      o need to take down North box
      o make a decision for the long-term plan
  * chillers:
      o need checks
      o one this week, one next week
  * Scot working on cooling system for magnet power supplies
  * 3-D printing continues...
  * CPP
      o total: 3 month installation
      o tasks to move before '21 run
          + dark room modifications
          + pre-position detectors
          + need to think about adding to this list
      o procurements
          + all stand drawings about to be released
          + PR coming this week, 23-29 k$
          + 3-4 months for fabrication


    Crystals, etc., Sascha

  * Crystals
      o two batches received, 350 crystals
      o another batch to arrive soon
      o testing at TEDF
          + visual inspection
          + measure dimensions
          + light transmission measurements
              # compare with pre-selection data from Jane (no surprises
                thus far)
      o fabrication modules started
      o a few done
      o procedure will be modified (brazing temperature adjustment)
  * CompCal
      o improvements to LMS
      o larger optical fibers
      o increase LED light intensity
      o tests of modified bases
          + linearity of amplifier
          + using set-up in lab
          + Fernando will order board when design finalized
  * tagger hodoscope
      o a few need repair
      o will do the work this summer


    FCAL Base Repairs, Mark D.

  * Chris Stanislav and/or Nick Sandoval will remove another 100 bases
  * all 200 will be re-installed when repairs are done.
