    Hall D Staff Meeting, October 18, 2021

Present: Alexander Austregesilo, Eugene Chudakov (chair), Mark Dalton, 
Alexandre Deur, Hovanes Egiyan, Sergey Furletov, Mark Ito, Igal Jaegle, 
Keigo Mizutani, Lubomir Pentchev, Patrizia Rossi, Sascha Somov, Simon 
Taylor, Tim Whitlatch, Beni Zihlmann


    Announcements, Eugene

  * Appraisal season has started, self-appraisals are available. They
    are due Oct. 29.
  * Proof-of-vaccination deadline is Dec. 8
  * The current run: so far, so good
  * SRC
      o Lab staff will take a lot of the early shifts
      o Safety documentation will be needed as usual
      o Hall B will not be running for the first few days of the run so
        there will be an available slit. That means Hall D can run even
        though the other Hall will not be at 5 pass.
  * GlueX News:
      o New collaborating institution: Mount Allison
      o The Diversity and Inclusion Group was added to the Collaboration
        Management Plan
  * Beni asked about the schedule for the upgrade to CEBAF Center.
      o Eugene: two parts are in the plan
         1. conversion of A110 to office space
         2. new addition located at the southern wall of CEBAF Center
      o There is a plan in place. He will look up the dates for these
        actions.
