    Theory Workshops, Patrizia

  * meant to develop ideas for an energy upgrade to contribute to
    long-range plan
  * should be done by summer
  * 1 or 2 pages on each topic
  * EC: similar white paper was produced last year. PR: these will
    address higher energy in particular

    Work in the Hall, Tim

  * CPP hardware installed
      o got gas system working yesterday
      o flushed with Ar-CO_2 for 30 hours
      o ready for cabling, but waiting on them
      o target assembly getting installed
      o waiting for crates from CDC, they are being used for cosmic tests
  * FDC chiller repaired

      o reduce planned power on target by factor of two
  * discussions on-going on how to mount magnet for flux normalization
    of K_L s
      o funding for designer running low
  * next FY will require more capital funding for KLF materials

    Run Documentation, Simon

  * propose combination of documentation for CPP and PrimEx
  * CPP 27 nA might be too low for accelerator to sustain reliably
  * AD: every two days running at 100 nA needed to track machine energy

    On-Call Phones, Mark D.

  * RC and slow controls phones will be replaced with iPhones
  * others will remain as they are
