[Halld-level1] Pulse raw readout mode

How are Nsa and Nsb implemented ?

How many samples should I see for Nsb = 10 Nsa = 15
(10 + 15 = 25 or 10 - 1 + 15 -1 + 1 = 24 )?

I see 24 samples in data.

An example from the flash readout:

0xb1800013 0x00850087 0x00870086 0x00860084 0x00860089 0x008a0090
0x00910088 0x00880085 0x008a0088 0x00820089 0x00840085 0x00870080
0x008c0083 0xb380000e (new channel)

0xb1800013 - pulse raw, ch 3, first sample number 19 (i.e., middle of the
readout window)

Thanks,
       Alex
