Hi,

After fixing some issues with the coda component
priorities, the TI optical link 5 is working again.

I've connected master TI links for both bcal N4 and S4
setups back to the port 5  (will reconnect fcal tomorrow).

Bcal fadc board in slot 15 in the crate rocbcal1 has problems
with loading firmware; I took this board out. We'll
check it tomorrow. You can read out all fadc boards from all
N4 and B4 bcal crates now (no boards are missing).
