[Halld-level1] Bcal stand alone setups

Hi,

That is good news Alex.

I plan to re-connect the Global Crate SSP patch cables to match the 
latest port assignment map.
They are presently organized from an older port map.
Should not take long and will be completed by this afternoon.  If this 
conflicts with any CTP-->SSP testing please advise.
