[Halld-level1] [New Logentry] BCAL fadc replaced

- Sergei P. replaced fadc in the bcal north crate (rocbcal1, slot 10). The board had problems with a thermal pad.
  DACs should be re-calibrated for this board.'

- all CTPs are taken out from bcal crates. They will be fixed and installed back during this/next week.

- we don't see any problems running daq on the north side with the TI pulser, led, and cosmic triggers.
