[Halld-level1] [New Logentry] Trigger Fiber connections

Highland Technology 6 channel NIM->Fiber Optic transmitter module (V720) was installed in Tagger crate T1-3; slot 20.  This crate is nearest the trigger fiber patch panel.  The fiber interface cable is routed to port-12.

We also installed the patch cables for the PS an ST DAq crates located in racks U1-7 and U1-8.
TI connections are routed to:
Port1 == U1-8-TOP  --> TD slot 3; Port 3
Port2 == U1-8-MID   --> TD slot 3; Port 4
Port3 == U1-8-BOT  --> TD slot 3; Port 5
Port4 == U1-7-TOP  --> TD slot 3; Port 6

CTP connections are routed to:
Port7 == U1-8-TOP [PS crate] -> SSP slot 5; Port 1
Port8 == U1-8-MID  [PS crate] -> SSP slot 5; Port 2
Port9 == U1-7-TOP [ST crate -> SSP slot 6; Port 1
