[Halld-level1] FCAL DAQ meeting tomorrow

Hi all,

I spoke to Hovanes after the meeting regarding the use of the V1495 as a 
fan-out for an external signal. It appears this mode has been 
anticipated and it uses the G0 connector to input the external trigger. 
Individual pulser signals follow the input if they are enabled using the 
A_PULSER_GIN_MASK register. We need to think this through in detail, but 
it seems like it will work for us
