[Halld-level1] Trig Comp and BCAL ECL cables

Hi All,

1. I moved Computer from BCAL North to  Trig crates area, so it is ready 
for any trigger tests.

2. After Paul Letta will finish configure the new one, I'll install this 
new one computer back to BCAL North area.

3. For BCAL I found and installed short ECL cables from Level 
translators to TIs. Now all three TI's ports (trig#1,trig#2,trig#3) 
connected to pulsers and cosmics signals for both BCALs south and north.
