[Halld-level1] Global Crate (GTP; SSP) and CTPs

Dear All,

I installed TD#117 with one optic trans. in "trig1" sl.14.

Also I installed 8 CTPs in BCAL crates:
North - bcal1, bcal2, bcal4, bcal5
South - bcal7, bcal8, bcal10, bcal11

All 12 FCAL crates already have CTPs.

Armen almost finished CTP/SSP fiber installation,

so we are almost ready for global test.
