[Halld-level1] Trigger/sync alignment for FCAL/BCAL

Hi,

We ran daq and checked synchronization of 25 crates !
(12 FCAL, 12 BCAL, and the trigger distribution crate)
with Sergey yesterday.

I put some trigger/sync alignment plots to

Everything looks consistent so far.
