[Halld-level1] [Revised Logentry] TS firmware changed

The TS firmware has been updated to tsp52 (the old version was tsp32). The performance of the periodic pulser (with sync events) 
looks Ok now. We also checked other triggers with cosmics (noise). Note, the performance has to be checked with real data, there is 
no beam now.
