[Halld-level1] [New Logentry] Production at 50 kHz trigger rate

We have rather stable L1 performance for the production run at 50 kHz trigger rate.
The lifetime is about 97 - 98 % (the DAQ performance was more or less stable, but the 
event recorder,  crashed once in a while)

Run conditions:
JD70-100, 150 nA, 5 mm collimator, 75 mu Be converter
TAGH counters CNT > 193 (E > 5.7 GeV) Original rate for this counters was about 5 MHz

Data rate: about 900 Mb/sec 
(we do not suppress fadc headers)

Example: run 30402

Trigger rates:
Bit 1: Production trigger: 45 kHz
Bit 3: BCAL trigger: 13 kHz (correlated with the production trigger)

Bit 4: PS trigger: 3.5 kHz (approximately corresponds to the photon flux of 3 - 3.5 e7 photons/sec in the
                               coherent peak)

The trigger rate (normalized to the PS rate) is similar to test runs in the fall of 2016

Busy time from each crate is smaller than 1 %.
