[Halld-npp] Updated sensitivity and summary

Dear collaborators,

I have updated the final section on sensitivity and summary. It seems we 
have most of the document updated
- Background section, including appendices (Elton)
- Analysis of Primex-D data (Ilya)
- Theory section, including appendix (Jose and Mark)
Any feedback is welcome.

We will have our weekly meeting tomorrow at 10.
