[Halld-npp] NPP meeting tomorrow at 10

Dear NPP collaborators,

We will have an NPP meeting tomorrow at 10. (Locals in F228). Please 
update the agenda as needed at

We can comment on the submitted draft proposal, evaluate where we are 
and start a priority list of how to move forward toward a full proposal.
