[Halld-npp] Repository renamed: npp_analysis

Folks,

I've renamed the repository that does the event generation and amplitude 
fitting. It is now called jeffersonlab/npp_analysis. You can access it here:

Note that there are instructions for using it at the bottom of the main 
page and also here:
