[Halld-npp] NPP Meeting tomorrow at 11

Dear collaborators,

We have not had an NPP meeting for a while. We should get an update on Serguei’s paper from Ilya and make sure that we complete it. Also, I would like to clarify the status of the tests in the EEL. I don’t know if Rory will be available; he was traveling this afternoon.
