[Halld-npp] Wire chamber test status

Hi All,

1) found that the lemo cable that was supposed to be connected to 
channel 2 was lying on the ground.
     I reconnected it to channel 2. Channel 1 was and is still connected.

2) gas bottle has been replace already. I turned the flow back on at 
about 0.05l/m

3) I installed the second scintllator underneath the table. It only 
needs to be connected with HV and
      signal cables.
