[Halld-npp] Wire chamber test status

followup:
after closer inspection it turns out that the second connector on the 
ADC input is broken and
does not properly engage with the cable connector. I connected the 
second signal cable to
the 4th channel of the ADC.

attached you also see a picture of the second scintillator below the 
wire chamber that
only needs to be connected to HV and signal cables. And a coincidence 
established
with the upper scintillator.
