[Halld-npp] Wire chamber test status

Thanks for checking the setup.

Alex and/or Beni: Is it possible to take a little date with the new connection and copy the file to /cache so that I can look at it? At the moment a few hundred events is all I need for initial debugging.

does not properly engage with the cable connector. I connected the second signal cable to
the 4th channel of the ADC.

attached you also see a picture of the second scintillator below the wire chamber that
only needs to be connected to HV and signal cables. And a coincidence established
with the upper scintillator.
