[Halld-offline] old releases archived: 2009-07-07 and 2009-09-25

Two of our older releases, release-2009-07-07 and release-2009-09-25 
were archived to tape and deleted from the group disk this morning. 
Copies of the full releases still exist on the scratch disk under 
/scratch/gluex but will only be there for a couple of weeks.
