[Halld-offline] HDParSim and tracking

Ah, ok. I was looking at a different wiki page. The HOWTO get started 
with Hall-D Software 
<http://www.jlab.org/Hall-D/software/wiki/index.php/Getting_started_with_GlueX_Software> 
implied mcsmear was for tracking chambers. HOWTO get started quickly 
with Hall-D Software 
<http://www.jlab.org/Hall-D/software/wiki/index.php/Quick_Start_Guide_to_building_GlueX_Software> 
is the one I should have followed.
