[Halld-offline] event sizes and hit multiplicities

Colleagues,
As requested, I reran the event size statistics collector and recorded hit multiplicities in addition to byte counts on each subevent in the hddm record for pythia minimum bias Monte Carlo. The results are in the same place.

I have also broken out the different components of the fdc, and several other detectors as well. You can see that the major contribution comes from the cathode strips whose multiplicity is almost 500 per event, on average.
