[Halld-offline] event sizes and hit multiplicities

Hello Richard,

For most subdetectors the multiplicities seems to be consistent
with that listed in the GlueX-1043 note. Hadronic events in this
note were required to be accepted by the Level-1 trigger.

For the FDC, we obtained N ~ 450 hits for Egamma > 8 GeV and
N ~ 300 hits for Egamma < 8 GeV (note most low-energy hadronic
events below 3 GeV are rejected by Level-1).

Some discrepancies can probably be accounted for possible differences
in the  FDC geometry (strips splittes around the beamline) and
bg hit  treatment (+ the trigger bias).
