[Halld-offline] Changes to BCAL Summing and HDGeant LOSS

Hi All,

   This is just a heads up that yesterday I committed a change to the 
BCAL library that makes the 1234 summing scheme the default as was 
discussed at the offline software meeting on Wednesday. Will Levine 
implemented this a little while so he did all of the heavy lifting (I 
just changed one character!) If you have any issues with BCAL 
reconstruction, let me know.


   Secondly, I have just now committed a tweak to HDGeant regarding the 
LOSS parameter used to control delta-ray production. Beni had committed 
a change yesterday to the example control.in file to make the default 
LOSS=1 so that delta rays would be produced. This again, followed a 
discussion at Wednesday's offline software meeting. I changed this to 
set LOSS=1 programmatically so that if someone is using an older or 
homegrown control.in file, they will still get this as the new default 
behavior. To get the old behavior, one needs to set LOSS=2 in their 
control.in file.
