[Halld-offline] cerenkov hits

Hi All,

I am working on adding the cerenkov counter into the reconstruction for testing. I noticed that the cerenkov hits vector is always empty, that is the hits are not being saved. I investigated in HDGeant/savehits.F and found that hitCerenkov() is not being called because cnames(NLEVEL) is not equal to "CERW" or "CPMT" (by verifying that if I take out these conditions, I do see hits). I am not sure where to go from here. Does anyone have a suggestion?
