[Halld-offline] data challenge wiki page

Mark all all,

Grid production has been underway now for about 36 hours, with 331 million events in rest format saved on the UConn srm so far. Current rate is about 180 million events per day right now, higher than I had anticipated.  Full speed ahead, who knows what happens over the weekend.

Can someone post the numbers for the Jlab production work?  Also might be interesting to post the number of jobs that are somehow failing to complete normally, and what the reasons are.
