[Halld-offline] data challenge wiki page

We have been going for just over 24 hours and have just shy of 60 
million events finished. We get about 500 jobs running at a time, 
single-threaded. My estimate is about 75 million events per day.

Note that we had our priority raised yesterday; we should be able to 
maintain this pace even if other jobs are submitted to the CentOS 6 
nodes by other Halls.

There are failures at a rate of several percent; I have not done an 
accounting.
