Graham,

I have adjusted the fairshare allocations for Physics as requested, 
following your discussion with Rolf and Patrizia:
   CLAS  50%
   GlueX 30%
   A & C 20% as before

Also, I added the gluex account to the group of production accounts, 
which up til now had only the clas rungroup production accounts.  These 
get a bit higher quality of service that the regular user accounts.
