[Halld-offline] Fwd: 12 GeV IT Review Report

Folks,

Find attached a copy of the committee report from the "Review of
Information Technology for the 12 GeV Era" from last summer. I am pretty 
sure it has never been released publicly. I have heard from review 
committee members that they themselves never received a final version. I 
only got this copy after asking for one.
