[Halld-offline] subversion branch for geant4 development

Richard,

I made a branch of the sim-recon tree for you to use for Geant4 development:

   https://halldsvn.jlab.org/repos/branches/sim-recon-geant4

This is a copy of revision 11095 of sim-recon on the trunk, the current 
version. If this turns out not to be a good branch point, we can finesse 
that in various ways depending on the situation. Let me know if that 
becomes an issue.
