[Halld-offline] ReadyTalk meeting recording example

Folks,

We discussed two weeks ago how to record the analysis workshop for 
others to look at later and I proposed we use ReadyTalk. As an example, 
I recorded today's offline meeting. Find the recording here:

You do not need to authenticate, but you do need to supply at least a 
name (or pseudonym).

Note that the audio was coming exclusively via the ESNet videoconference 
channel, bridged into ReadyTalk.
