[Halld-offline] tarballs of GlueX software

Folks,

We probably should have started doing this a long time ago, but...

Tarballs of recent releases of GlueX software are available at 
https://halldweb1.jlab.org/dist/ . The current line-up is:

calib-dc-1.tar.gz
ccdb_0.06-src.tar.gz
hdds-1.3-src.tar.gz
hdds-1.4-src.tar.gz
hdds-1.5-src.tar.gz
sim-recon-2012-11-16-src.tar.gz
sim-recon-2013-01-11-src.tar.gz
sim-recon-2013-02-25-src.tar.gz
sim-recon-dc-1.1.1-src.tar.gz

I am hoping that the meaning of the filenames are self-explanatory. If 
there are other packages or tags that people would like, let me know.

Note that JANA releases have always been available from 
http://www.jlab.org/JANA/releases/<tarfile_name> .
