[Halld-offline] no more make in sim-recon

Folks,

I just did the following to sim-recon on the trunk:

a) deleted all files named Makefile or Makefile.*
b) deleted the src/BMS directory

I did a test build using scons which worked. Let me know if you see 
problems.

Details for the record:

Merge done on r14280 of the trunk.
Deletions were done checked in on a branch first:

   https://halldsvn.jlab.org/repos/branches/sim-recon_no_make

The deletions were put onto the trunk with a merge. The merge command 
used was:

   svn merge https://halldsvn.jlab.org/repos/branches/sim-recon_no_make

from the sim-recon directory (as checked out at r14280).
